The Last AI Masterclass (“we”, “us”, “our”) is operated by Avinash Ruchandani, The Last AI Masterclass, Saket, New Delhi 110017, India. These Terms govern your use of thelastaimasterclass.com(the “Site”) and your purchase of and participation in The Last AI Masterclass(the “Masterclass”). By using the Site or booking the Masterclass, you agree to these Terms.

It is a 2-hour live masterclass delivered live online via Live Online (Google Meet). It is an educational session that teaches a workflow for creating AI-generated video and images using third-party tools. We may update the schedule, agenda, tools covered, or delivery method to improve the experience.

You are responsible for having the equipment and internet connection needed to attend (a laptop or desktop, a stable connection, and accounts for the free tools we use).

Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR). The current launch price is ₹699 (regular price ₹2,999; promotional pricing may apply for a limited time). Payment is processed securely by our payment provider, Razorpay; we do not store your card details. Your seat is confirmed once payment is successful and you receive a confirmation email.

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee. Attend the full Masterclass; if you genuinely feel it was not worth your time, email us within 7 days of the session and we will refund your payment in full. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take several business days to appear.

If you cannot attend live, your booking remains valid for a future session, just reply to your confirmation email and we will move you to the next available date.

This guarantee applies to the Masterclass only. Digital products sold on the Site are covered by section 4a below.

We also sell digital products, such as Flow Studio and AI Video Making Masterclass, On Demand, which are delivered in full the moment payment succeeds, either as a download or as immediate access to recorded material. Because the entire product is transferred to you at that point and cannot be returned, these sales are final and non-refundable. This is stated on the product page and again at checkout before you pay.

AI Video Making Masterclass, On Demand includes a seat at a live Masterclass session, bookable from your access page. That seat is an inclusion of a digital product, not a separate Masterclass booking, so attending it does not bring the purchase within the money-back guarantee in section 4 above. The guarantee continues to apply, unchanged, to a Masterclass seat bought on its own.

Digital products are tools you run on third-party services, and the requirements are stated on each product page. Flow Studio is used with Claude and Google Flow, both of which offer free tiers sufficient for normal use. We do not control those services, their pricing, their feature availability, or their continued existence, and a change on their side is not grounds for a refund.

Unless stated otherwise on the product page, a digital product is licensed to you perpetually and non-exclusively, for use by one person, including for commercial and client work. Where a product page promises free future versions, those are included at no further cost; recorded material is licensed as delivered, and we do not undertake to re-record it. You may not redistribute, resell, publish, sublicense or share the files, in whole or in part, modified or not. Each copy is stamped with the buyer's email address and order number.

If a product is faulty, or you were charged in error or more than once, contact us at hello@thelastaimasterclass.com and we will put it right. Nothing here affects rights you have under applicable law that cannot be excluded by agreement.

All Masterclass materials, including frameworks, templates, cheatsheets, recordings and written content, are owned by us and provided for your personal use. You may use them to create your own work, but you may not resell, redistribute, or republish our materials, or record and share the live session, without our written permission.

Work you create during or after the Masterclass using third-party tools is yours, subject to the terms of those tools.

You agree not to misuse the Site or Masterclass, including by disrupting the session, harassing other participants, infringing others’ rights, or using the materials to create unlawful, deceptive, or harmful content. We may remove participants who breach these Terms without a refund.

The Masterclass references third-party tools (for example, AI video, image, writing and voice tools). We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for those tools, their availability, their pricing, or their terms. Free tiers and features can change at any time at the providers’ discretion.

The Masterclass is educational. We do not guarantee any specific outcome, income, reach, or business result. What you achieve depends on your own effort, skill, and circumstances. See our Disclaimer for more.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the Site or Masterclass is limited to the amount you paid us. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for issues caused by third-party tools or services.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “last updated” date above reflects the latest version. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gurgaon, India.
