Privacy Policy

The Last AI Masterclass (“we”, “us”, “our”) is operated by Avinash Ruchandani, based in Gurgaon, India. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you use thelastaimasterclass.com(the “Site”), why we collect it, and your choices. Questions? Email hello@thelastaimasterclass.com.

Information you give us. When you book the masterclass or ask us to hold your price / send a reminder, we collect your name, email address and phone (WhatsApp) number. If you contact us, we keep that correspondence.

Payment information. Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not receive or store your card, UPI or bank details, only a confirmation of payment and an order reference.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we collect basic usage data such as your device and browser type, approximate location (from your IP address), the pages you view, and how you interact with the Site, via cookies and similar technologies.

We use your information to:

• deliver the masterclass and send your joining link, reminders and the recording;
• respond to your questions and provide support;
• follow up about the masterclass and related offers by email and WhatsApp (you can opt out anytime);
• process payments and issue refunds through our payment provider;
• measure and improve the Site, our content and our advertising.

We use cookies and similar technologies to run the Site and understand how it’s used. This includes product analytics (such as PostHog) and advertising/measurement tools (such as the Meta Pixel and Conversions API) that help us understand which ads lead to bookings and show relevant ads. You can control cookies through your browser settings and adjust ad personalisation in your Meta ad preferences.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business, under their respective terms and privacy policies:

• Razorpay — payment processing;
• Resend — sending transactional and reminder emails;
• Meta — advertising measurement and audiences;
• PostHog — product analytics;
• Vercel — website hosting.

We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.

We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes above, including running the masterclass, meeting legal and accounting obligations, and resolving disputes. When it is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to stop contacting you, by emailing hello@thelastaimasterclass.com. To stop WhatsApp or email follow-ups, reply “STOP” or use the unsubscribe option in any message. We will respond within a reasonable time.

We take reasonable measures to protect your information and rely on established providers (such as Razorpay for payments and Vercel for hosting). No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to keep your data safe.

The Site and masterclass are intended for adults (18+) and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date above reflects the latest version. Material changes will be reflected here.
